SHIPPING & HANDLING – We currently ship to the US and around the world. All orders are processed in 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please remember that this handling time is in addition to shipping time. All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination and provided directly by the shipping provider without any markup. If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend sending us a message directly to help expedite your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – International orders require additional shipping time, 6-8 weeks or longer, in some cases. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please be sure to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

ORDER CHANGES – We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information once an order has been received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – All orders are non-refundable unless your item arrives damaged or unless we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact us at info@healthandsoul.com if your order arrived damaged. We will ask you for photos of the damaged item for verification. A return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you and the damaged items must be received within 30 days from the date of original order in the original packaging with no marks or writing on the product. Any requests made after 30 days will be denied.
